At Desiray’s Fudge Treats & Sweets, we take pride in crafting our homemade fudge and sweets with love, care, and high-quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable and made in small batches, we handle returns a little differently than standard retail items. Please read our policy carefully:
 

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the product.

  • We will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit for eligible items.
     

2. Perishable Items

  • Due to the perishable nature of our fudge and sweets, we cannot accept returns for items that are simply unwanted or have been opened.

  • We encourage customers to double-check their orders before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.
     

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of Desiray’s Fudge Treats & Sweets and typically take 5–7 business days to process after approval.

  • Exchanges are possible for damaged or incorrect items. We will arrange shipment for replacement items at no extra cost.
     

4. Shipping Issues

  • Desiray’s Fudge Treats & Sweets is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the package has left our facility.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
