  • We take pride in creating every batch of fudge with love and care.

  • We try our best to describe our goodies accurately, but sometimes tiny variations happen—think of them as part of the homemade charm!

  • If something is out of stock after you place an order, we’ll contact you to offer alternatives or a full refund.
     

3. Ordering & Payment

  • You need to be old enough to make a purchase legally.

  • Payment is required at checkout. We accept all the standard payment methods shown on our site.

  • Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may change from time to time.
     

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the United States (unless we mention otherwise).

  • Delivery dates are estimates—sometimes the carrier takes a little longer.

  • Once your package leaves our kitchen, it’s in the carrier’s hands, so please make sure your address is correct!
     

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Because our fudge is freshly made, all sales are final.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right.
     

6. Respect Our Work

  • Everything you see here—photos, recipes, text—is our creation. Please don’t copy or reuse it without permission.

  • Re-selling our fudge or website content without authorization isn’t allowed.
